Orders can only be refunded if product is unrevealed and order has been cancelled.

Refunds are accepted on cancelled orders only if the product is unrevealed to the buyer.

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted on revealed product.

Returns are accepted on product that has been unrevealed.

Shipping Policy

PokeFii prepares orders on a weekly basis.

Shipping is done on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

A chargeback is a reversal of funds made on behalf on the purchaser.

If you have any issues with an order, we will do everything we can to make it right.

Please reach out to us before issuing a chargeback to resolve any said issues.

PokeFii will pursue every legal avenue to dispute the chargebacks and pursue legal avenues on fraudulent chargebacks.

PokeFii reserves the right to hold orders on products that are pending a chargeback.
